For these people that are looking for a home business they have many things to carefully consider. The stability of a company is very important. If a business is well established. If their compensation is a good plan. How they support their distributors. Who is the owner of the company and what kind of a management team they have. How old they are. If a company goes out of business after they have built a good business, that leaves the distributor losing all that he has diligently built.

I was in a business that had all of these factors in place and was considered one of the best. It was 14 years old and had an excellent reputation, products and compensation plan. Their products were broad and superior quality. They lost their business due to financial mismanagement. (This is the way I observed the problem.) Little was explained to all the distributors. The residual income all these people were planning on enjoying and passing on to their heirs was lost. Doing due diligence is important and even so things can fall apart.
