Forever Green is a good company.

If you have never been to the Forever Green website to look at their business, you have an interesting time ahead of you. The company is located in Orem Utah and is 4 years old. The President is Ron Williams. He is also the CEO and the Chairman of the board. Mr. Williams has been with several other MLM companies before starting this business, so he is not new to this type of business.

The products that they sell are interesting as they name them catchy names. One of their flagship products is FrequenSea. This is 100% pure marine phytoplankton and is supposed to be the most complete whole food product obtainable. It is very interesting to read their literature about this product.

Another flagship product is ElectriFire, which is their version of a health energy drink that has all natural ingredients and is suppose to taste delicious. There are two flavors. I have not tasted or tried either of these products so I am just going by here say...

Products that are not mentioned as much is their skin care called SecreSea. Since our skin is the largest organ of the body, it deserves to be treated with much tenderness and care. The products that they have are only five but all necessary products for a healthy skin. They have a Facial Scrub, PH Toner, Youth Serum, Hydrating Cream and a Mineral Mask. Each is given a catchy name. All contain 100 % pure phytoplankton which is suppose to be good for many things and is used extensively in their products.

The Forever Green business seems well put together. They have a training program for their new recruits. It is much like many training programs. They are connected with Cutting Edge media leads and encourage their newbie’s to use them to make their business grow and for them to make the money that they want to make. No matter how good the products are, the real reason they have become a distributor is to make money.

It is not easy to recruit in any of the ways that there are, and there are many. I believe I have tried most if not all of them. But leads are especially hard and disappointing because they sound like they would be the best way ever to recruit and they are suppose to be people that are interested in starting a business. You can talk to people who you don’t know and sell them on the idea of making money with your business in all sincerity. You can offer them a way to add to their income and even become independent of their job that they are now holding and often hating. You can offer them a way out and a real chance to make what they are worth.

However the leads do not get you in touch with people that are interested and usually not even home. They may be home but not answering their phone. When you do actually get someone on the phone they are very often disgruntled that they are being bothered. They are not interested in a business and ask in a rude manner to be taken off your list and for you to not ever call them again. After that conversation you do not have to be told to take them off your list. You sure don’t want to talk with them again and are not about to try.

These calls to leads are very hard on your self esteem. You feel discouraged and disappointed. You feel as though you have been given bad information and you can see that your chances of success with your business will not materialize. Often you will keep trying because you hold on to the chance the next ones will be the ones that will allow you to be successful. These leads are expensive with very little return.

You feel like a failure. This is where many people will quit. They get bitter and will bad mouth all MLM companies. I see the Lead Company being a large portion of the problem. They get their leads by letting them think they are signing up for something free. Instead their information is being captured and turned into a lead and sold as some one who is looking for a home business.

I DO NOT BUY LEADS. I BUY CUTOMERS. IT’S GOOD BUSINESS.

I no longer make calls. I buy customers that are interested in buying product. They go online or call my company and make an order. They send them the product and I get paid a commission. It is easy and rewarding. The customers I buy cost $50. Each. That is much cheaper than leads that you buy, in the long run. When they get excited about the products they may decide to become a distributor. And if they do they too can buy customers. This is a win win situation. It is Good Business.

Everyone is looking for the best business opportunity they can find these days. Why is this happening now? There are many companies downsizing rapidly and so many people are being laid off without much if any warning. So what will these employees do when their pay check stops? Many live from one paycheck to another without enough in their savings to help them out during a real dry time. Hopefully there is still one person in the family working.

That's why so many people are feeling the pinch. This is the same thing that is happening with the manufacturing companies outsourcing. Their job here ceases, and they have to find another job. Most of the time they do not find anything that pays the same. Many times it can be about half what they were working for before. All of this adds up to big problems for the middle class and the poor. With all of these things happening makes Network Marketing more and more appealing.

How to find a real business that can be worked at home? There is always talk of the scams in Multiple Level Marketing, better known as MLM. To find an honest and reliable business will be the challenge.

I recommend using Google to search out companies. There is much written about every business out there. I am not a distributor for Forever Green, but I have checked it out and would recommend you check them out yourself. The President, CEO and Chairman of the board is Ron Williams. He can be checked out on Google. I found him to have a good background and reputation. Their products are very interesting. Their compensation would take more time to check out than what I spent doing it. It is not expensive to get started with them.

Their training is much like most Network Marketing companies. The have a four step training program. They have Cutting Edge Media Leads available for buying. The price of the leads is of average price.

I have used a lot of leads while working different businesses over the years. Leads are expensive and they do not bring a good return. Most of the people that you will call will never answer their phones. They associate the call as a telemarketer. You bought the leads in good faith with the assurance that they were interested in a home business and eager to make money. They are usually asked how much money they had to start a business.

What I found out is most of the leads I talked with did not even know why I was calling. They had not asked for information on anything. They were not interested in a business, or they had heard about those pyramid things and they were not going to hear anything about them. Scams! They had a relative that had been burned badly by one of those businesses.. Sometimes you were cursed at and often told, I am not interested and take my name off your list and don’t call me ever again.

With these reactions from my calls, I was soon feeling very low, discouraged and my self esteem had hit the bottom. At this point, many decide to give up their business as it can’t be worth all of this.

What I determined from dealing with many leads is that these people had signed up for something free and their names were captured and used as leads. They had been misled and were not telling an untruth. I do not know this as totally true in all cases of course, but in talking with enough people I did come to the conclusion that many of them had been tricked and so had I.

I would have been so much farther ahead buying customers.

I now feel free to really enjoy what I am doing. I have time to spend with my family and friends, doing the things I enjoy. I have a business that runs by its self. My customers buy products. I don’t have to send them to them. The company does that as well and keeps track of my commissions. Thy send my commissions to my bank account. It is cheaper to buy customers than leads and it is 100% better. It’s good business.

So many people are looking for a way to increase their income these days. Many people are having trouble making ends meet. Some of the causes for that is loss of jobs or job lay offs. If I were to choose a company these days, the things I would look for are many. These are my recommendations and I hope you will find them a help.

I would want a well established company from 7 to 10 years old.
Find out who the the leaders are in this company and their background.
Are they completely out of debt, and are they publicly traded.
What are their products. Are they ones that other people will want to buy and/or need.
How much does it cost to get started and how much do I pay monthly.
How does their compensation plan work.
What do they have for training and support for their distributors.
Do they buy leads or buy customers.

When you get all of these answers you will know quite a bit about the company and whether it is for you or not.

Many companies use different methods to increase their business. Some have you write down 100 people that you know. Then you and your upline will call them and your upline will help you sponsor them. Sounds pretty easy but does not work well. You soon have your alienating themselves from you.

Then some people make flyers and put them on every car in the parking lot. This is not legal in some places so be sure you check with the city before doing this one.

Some people make business cards and hand them out and leave them in businesses all over town. I have never known this to be effective. The only thing you really do is wear out your shoes.

You will probably feel that if you could do better you would have some success. Let me assure you that it is not your fault. I know of no one that has had success with leads. I know one couple that said they did, but I later found out the truth. They had more luck than most but their average of success was very low. Have heart. There is a better way.

Forever Green have not chosen the best or the highest priced leads. They have chosen ones that are good and yet not the most expensive for their new distributors.

Leads are a big expense to a distributor. They are the largest expense a distributor has. They are often introduced as the best way to go after you run out of your warm market. Leads are hard for most people, if the truth is known. The effectiveness of finding people that are interested in your business is rare. Then you have the problem of making calls and never getting to talk with anyone. And often that can be better than having to talk with someone that is irate and vocal about it while you are on the other end of the phone. It is difficult to keep from getting depressed and disappointed and the reason for many to quit at this point.

I have used every method there is to build my businesses. I found the list of friends and leads to be the most difficult and disappointing. People get so many calls a day from telemarketers that it is no wonder they are at the end of their rope with us when we call. Step one is very much like most companies tell their people in their training. It sounds like an easy way to go. So to do this you must buy leads. Leads come with many prices and they all end up being expensive. When you realize you don't just buy them once. You buy them again and again and again. You get the picture.

What I have found over and over, is that these people you have as leads usually have had their names and information captured in a way that they were not aware of and they are not usually interested in hearing about your company or making money with your company or any other company. You call and rarely find them home or answering their phone if they are home. You come across as a telemarketer. They don't know you and if you are able to talk with them, because you are a stranger to them they do not trust you.

So why would they want to sign up with you under those circumstances. You can build up a relationship with them if you have the chance. But first you must talk with them and then find a time that they have to talk with you. This makes it hard to build up a good relationship. Now all of this is, if you find them home to talk with. You may find one or two that will give you the time of day. But you are hopeful because you have paid good money for these names and you are sure there will be someone that is waiting to to talk with you.

Leads are a huge and the largest expense you will have. They are not an easy way to build your business. There is not an easy way with any of the techniques that are out there. This is why I buy customers, not leads. It is good business.

Forever Green is a nutritional company different than most. They have fine goals and are debt free and are publicly-traded. You can join there group without a large investment and they train you in a four step training plan. Their first step introduces you to their Cutting Edge Media and provides scripts and a 6 minute call to have your prospect listen . There are three other steps to this training plan for success. A questionnaire sent email, an offer to buy one get one free of their FrequenSea product, and lastly 3 way the prospect to there upline. This is much like all the businesses I have been associated. Management is always accessible and works directly with distributors. You have to agree the Comp plan is VERY favorable to distributors.

Leads are a big expense for the distributor to purchase, but with the help and mentoring of their upline, they feel confident that this will increase their downline.

Your sponsor suggests you buy leads. You assume when you buy leads that these people are ones that are interested in building a business.
