One of the steps is to buy Leads. They promote Cutting Edge media Leads for their new distributors. They provide a 6 minute recruiting call and then their upline will do a 3-way call with them to help sponsor their leads. They also have training calls and scripts for them to use.

Leads are a big expense to a distributor. They are the largest expense a distributor has. They are often introduced as the best way to go after you run out of your warm market. Leads are hard for most people, if the truth is known. The effectiveness of finding people that are interested in your business is rare.

Then you have the problem of making calls and never getting to talk with anyone. And often that can be better than having to talk with someone that is irate and vocal about it while you are on the other end of the phone. It is difficult to keep from getting depressed and disappointed and the reason for many to quit at this point.

I have used every method there is to build my businesses. I found making the list of 100 friends and leads to be the most difficult and disappointing.
