If you logged in, you will see "continue to back office", click it and you may have to do that one more time until you get to a page that says - Welcome and your name.

If you get lost in the system, always click that black bar at the top of the page that says "Veretekk". It will take you back to the previous page.

One of the bars on the left says "Configuration", click it then go to "personal info" and fill in the appropriate information and if someone upgrades under you and you want to get paid even though you might be using a free silver system, you will have to fill in the tax id info.

If you are leery about putting your tax info in there just leave it blank for now.

After you are done with the personal info page...click the update tab.

How to configure the portal

Go to the "portal marketing" section.

On the left you will now see a bunch of tabs. Select the "affiliate site" portal tab.

We are now going to configure this system to your name. If you want me to walk you through this, I will show you exactly what to do in the group meeting online conference rooms. You will need to call me, Joyce McFarland by phone or by skype.

If you are asking, Why are we configuring this system to my name?

Because I want to show you how powerful this lead generation program plus SEO and backlinks system is and we will start with your name. From there you can go on to other keywords and more of the marketing tools.

If I can't get you to understand one SEO and lead generation portal, then you probably won't be able to take this system to where you want to go on the Internet.

We will start with your name and branding as it is very important any ways.


After you clicked the "affiliate site" tab, you will now see about 7 small black bars towards the top of the page, click the one that says "configuration".

You will now see two drop down boxes, pick the second one and scroll over the drop down arrow and click it. A new tab that says "configuration" shows up, scroll over it and click it.

We are now in the configuration section of this portal.

The first category box gives you choices like business, education, personal. Pick one, it doesn't really matter for now which one you choose. Follow the steps below to finish configuration.

AD title - your name

Ad content - Write something very brief with your name in it.

Title tag - your name

Meta tag - Write two brief sentences with your name in the sentences two or three times. Put your first and last name in the meta tag description two or three times!

Displayed test - Put at least three paragraphs of your information in here. You can separate the paragraphs by hitting your enter key on your keyboard. It would be a good idea to hit update after your first paragraph so you don't loose everything. You may have to fill in the keywords first though, so you can come back and put more info into the displayed text after you do one paragraph and the keywords...then click the "update config" tab at the bottom of the page. If you can't see the "update config" button, there is a small scroll bar you may have to move up and down just to the left of the 6 keyword boxes.

If you need to put more paragraphs about your products or opportunity in the text display, you can do that now.

You should now be done with the affiliate site configuration

We can now move on to the linking.

Remember the seven small black bars at the top of the page? Click the one that says linking.

You now should see two drop down boxes again, pick the second one and click the arrow and it will drop down again.
Scroll over the "link one" option and click it.

You should now see three boxes, fill in the 3 boxes, put the code into the first graphic link box and click update.

URL link - Put your website, blog or affiliate url here.

Text Title - Put a keyword or a couple of words here.

Don't forget to click the update button.

Repeat the process for the boxes in links 2,3,4 and 5.

Open a new window or tab and type your veretekk url so you can see your page from outside the system.
http://name.veretekk.com This will take you to your silver veretekk.

Click each of the flashing links (with a right click and open link in a new window) at the bottom right of the page to make sure each of them work correctly. If you have errors go back and fix the errors. Don't forget to refresh the page after you made updates, when looking at your page from another window.

I hated to give up on leads and I blamed myself for my failure. Many people quit their business all together because they felt strongly that it was because they failed. When I learned the way leads were harvested, I realized there was the problem. The people that were the leads could have been people wanting to win a free laptop, or vacation. Instead their name was captured and sold as a lead. So when they were contacted as a lead looking for a
home based business, they said NO, I am not interested and how did you ever get my name and phone number. Take me off your list. I am not interested. One after another and the Network Marketer didn't understand why this happened.

Forever Green is always keeping in mind different plans to help the distributors. They have a plan of marketing that enables the distributor to use leads. Leads are a big expense for the distributor to purchase, but with the help and mentoring of their upline, they feel confident that this will increase their downline. For the distributor, leads are first thought of as a great way to go because they do not have to lean on their friends and relatives to grow their business. So the new distributor orders leads and is given a script to use to call the leads. Sometimes there is information that tell when the best time is to call. This is of little importance as it does not mean they will be there at that time.

So the first call can be made when specified. The next call could be morning , the next call evening and on and on. Many leads are unreachable. They are either not home or they are not answering their phone. When you do reach one of your leads, you may not get the reception you thought you would. They may tell you in no uncertain terms that you are the 10th person that has called and they are not interested and they tell you this in a very harsh and rude way. They end the conversation with don't call me again and take me off your list. They may have cussed as well.

Mr. Williams, the President, CEO and Chairman of the Board have set goals to make this company different than other companies. He has set up a plan for the distributors to not only grow their businesses but to also give back to the community in some way. They have many choices of giving of themselves to different causes and the community, much like a church member that tithes. They instead give of themselves a certain amount of time.

He saw this as an opportunity to set a standard that would change the perception from an industry. Instead of “takers” they become an indiscriminate global community of “givers”. Mr. Williams believes that there is not a greater industry in the world to create change for each person. Forever Green’s core business is straight forward; provide nutritional products that consist of only all natural whole foods without the added preservatives, sugars, and artificial flavoring that are the usual mainstays in the average diet. Ron Williams is the President, CEO and Chairman of the Board. He comes from a background of two other MLM companies so he has a good background and a lot of knowledge in this field. They are a progressive company constantly working to make their company different and very attractive to people looking for a company with new ideas. They choose names that are catchy for their products. They have FrequenSea and ElectriFire as their two flagship products. But all their products have names like these. Their products are organic and full of healthful ingredients. They contain marine phytoplankton which they use extensively in their products.

The products that they have are ones of popularity and interest. I am not affiliated with this company but have read about it extensively and think it is well worth checking out. Their use of leads is much the same as most companies. It is a way that new distributors do not have to ask their friends, neighbors and relatives to partake in their business. Often when people turn to the people they know they end alienating them selves from the people that they know and love. It can be hurtful and disappointing to the new distributor. The Distributor is anxious to get their business growing so they go about it poorly. Leads would keep this from happening. I do have a business and I do not use leads. I instead buy customers. When your not buying leads, you save money. Leads is a distributors biggest expense. I Buy Customers. Customers cost money too but you are free to do many more things when you are not making calls all day to people you don't know and they don't know you. You rarely find them at home . They tell you to call back at a certain time and then they are not there. You often find yourself playing tag with them. You are often treated as a telemarketer and certainly not respected. They may hang up on you. Why would they do this when they have requested information on a home business or a way to make extra income? Often it is because they have already had a bunch of others calling them and they have already decided that they want nothing to do with any of it after finding out what they will have to do.

When buying customers I do not have to make calls. I buy my customers, and they buy products. I do not send it to them as the company sends out the product and they send me a commission check. I am free to do the things with family and friends and still have a thriving business and still make money.
